The Alteration Shop provides clothing alteration and repair services from Canning Vale, Western Australia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Alteration Shop.

Please do not send photographs containing unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Garment photos do not need to include your face unless it is genuinely required to explain the fit issue.

We may collect information directly from you when you visit, call, email, send a WhatsApp message, request a quote, arrange a fitting or use our services. Limited technical information may also be collected automatically when you use the website.
